What happens when my credits run out?
AI features pause until you top up — nothing is charged automatically. Credits are bought in one-time packs; there's no subscription to auto-renew.
Do credits expire?
Yes — purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; unused credits older than 12 months may expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund your unused credit balance — what you paid minus the value of any credits you've already used.
Can I use one account on several devices or extensions?
Yes. Connect as many devices and extensions as you like with the same account — your dashboard's Connections page lists every connection and lets you disconnect any of them individually.
Which AI model do the extensions use?
imp-standard is our standard tier — a fast, high-quality model we choose and may upgrade or route between over time. Whichever model serves your request, you pay the same per-token rate shown under Pricing.
Can I use the credits with my own apps or API?
No — credits only power our own imp browser extensions. This isn't a general-purpose API or LLM reseller.
