If you're unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we'll refund your unused credit balance (i.e. the amount you paid minus the value of any credits you've already used).
Email rxliuli@gmail.com from the address on your account with your purchase details, and we'll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we're happy to resolve billing issues directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
